|
| We
are having some real problems getting emails through to our members
with email addresses ending in either @btinternet.com or @btconnect.com.
BtYahoo seem to think that we are spamming our members. |
| |
This
is not the case.
We only send out one, or maybe two newsletters a year (hardly spam), but
we do have lots of emails from members who wish to register or ask about
events etc. Plus the signup process requires that you get 2 emails from
us. |
| |
|
|
| We
are currently trying to talk to them to see if they can alter their filters
to allow our email to reach you, but it is proving quite a struggle. All
we seem to get from them is a form of automated reply, which takes us
round in circles. |
| |
| Before
you attempt to sign up using your @btinternet.com email address, please
add memberSPAM@hockeyweb.co.uk to your list
of allowed emails. (please remove the SPAM part first) or allow all emails
from our domain (hockeyweb.co.uk) |
| |
If
this does not work and our email does not even reach your spam box,
then you will be unable to complete the sign up process because BTYahoo
is blocking them from even reaching you. |
| |
| You
will have to use another email address such as @hotmail or @googlemail
etc to register. |
| |
| It
would also help us if you were to complain to BTYahoo that they are blocking
us. Every little helps :) |
