Our Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before submitting your order, Clicking submit implies acceptance of them.
Although you are ordering via hockeyweb.co.uk, the order is placed with George Warwick Photography. Any queries regarding orders are forwarded to GWP and you will receive a reply either from Hockeyweb or GWP. Further contact details are available on our "Contact Us" page
1. Copyright: In no event are you permitted to publish, re-transmit, re-distribute or otherwise re-produce any of the photographs supplied to you and you are prohibited from using any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. If you require copyright permission (a fee will be payable) please contact us.

2. Order Details: You are responsible for ensuring you give us the correct reference numbers for the photographs you require. We will not refund any monies or reduce any payments for wrongly ordered photographs.If you are unsure of the clarity/quality or focus of any image, please contact before placing your order. we will give you our honest opinion. Otherwise we will take it you are happy to accept them as they come. Clicking on "Submit order" obliges you to pay for your order (unless you cancel within 12 hours). You will have seen the full total you are expected to pay before you submit your order.

3. Cancellation of an Order: We will only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the confirmation email sent with every order(this excludes paid membership). It is your responsibility to ensure you supply the correct email address. To cancel an order, reply to the confirmation email using the "reply to author" facility in your email program. Enter "Cancel Order" in the subject box. You will receive a confirmation of this.

4. Payment: Your order will be sent once we have received your payment. Instructions are sent in the order confirmation email. If you do-not receive this email within a few minutes, you should contact us immediately. As we don't know if the email address given is yours, you will still be responsible for the order. Payments made by credit card or paypal are sent straight away (8x6 orders only) Failure to pay for a placed order within 14 days will result in you not being able to view any further photographs and we will not accept any further orders from you. If you have placed an order and are having trouble paying us, then please contact us straight away.

5. Account Customers: If you have purchased from us before, you may apply for an account. Account customers do-not have to send payment prior to their order being dispatched. Please contact us with your account reference number from your previous invoice, We will then set your account up for you.
We do-not operate credit accounts and all payments are required within 10 days of the invoice date.

6. Charges: Extra charges will be added to your account for each statement sent, currently this charge is £5.00 per statement. Accounts remaining outstanding after 90 days will automatically forwarded to a third-party collection agency who will apply further charges.
7. Child Protection Policy: You agree that you are viewing the photographs on this site, purely for reference. If you are either on one of our photographs or are a parent of one of the players and wish it removed, please contact us with its full reference number. It will be removed as soon as we are able. You will be required to provide us with details as to the reason and details of the player.
8. Paid Membership: Please note that we will not refund any monies due from paid membership for any reason. We will not refund part payment should you cancel your membership. All memberships are for one full year are are NOT automatically recurring.
9. Governing law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
